Francesco is the founder and Chairman of Quant Capital. Over the last few years Francesco has acted as advisor to a variety of clients in the alternative asset management, corporate and infrastructure space in the context of stuctured corporate finance transactions. Amongst these, he advised on the €830m refinancing of Passante di Mestre, the first Italian EIB credit enhanced project bond (PFI European bond deal of the year 2016).

Previously Francesco was a Managing Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Member of the Italian Executive Committee, and head of Corporate and Institutional Banking, in charge for the bank’s businesses with Italian corporates. He directly covered a portfolio of clients mainly in the infra and telecom sectors. In this role, he arranged some of most relevant corporate finance and financing deals in the Italian market between 2002 and 2010.

Francesco, after graduating in Economics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and serving as Air Force officer, started his career at JPMorgan Chase where he worked for five years in the Rome, Milan and London offices in a variety of roles within the Investment Banking department.
