Michael joined the Italian financial business community from the Silicon Valley after four years running Yahoo!’s Corporate Development and Strategy Group for the Americas.  Prior to Yahoo!, Michael spent more than 10 years in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Chase as a senior member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Media and Technology practice in the Silicon Valley, London and New York.  Michael closed more than 50 transactions with media and technology companies totaling more than $30 billion.
Michael has an MBA in finance and strategy from London Business School and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Southern California where he attended on academic scholarship. Michael is American and has a working understanding of Italian and Spanish.
